“春のお花見会 in 旭川河川敷”
まもなく春の心地よい季節が到来します。今年もお花見会を開催致します。
今年は桜の満開予想が3月26日ですので4月の活動日の後だと散っていますので、活動とは切り離して開催します。
The comfortable season of spring will soon arrive. we will hold a cherry blossom viewing party this year as well. This year, the cherry blossoms are expected to be in full bloom on March 26, so the event will be held on Saturday Mar. 29.
Date：Mar. 29 (Saturday),
Place: In riverside area of Asahi river near Yumeji art museum (夢二美術館近くの旭川河川敷)
Fee: 1)Participants without alcohol drink : 3,000 yen
2)Women with alcohol drink: 3,500 yen
3)Men with alcohol drink: 4,000 yen
4)Foreigners: 2,000 yen
Schedule is as follows;
1) 10:00---11:30 preparation in the actual place
2)11:30---15:00 Cherry blossom viewing party
3)16:00---18:00 Karaoke party(Fee: 1,500～2,000 yen)
Caution;
１０時より準備を始めますので、もしお手伝い頂ける方がおられましたら、よろしくお願いします。また一部の方には現地に来られる前に食材、アルコール等持参をお願いすると思いますが、ご協力よろしくお願いします。
会費は出きるだけ釣銭の無いようにご準備ください。また１万円札はご勘弁ください。
参加される方は食材の購入量を決めますので、3月26日（水）までに桜沢にご連絡ください。宜しくお願いします。
